A way to save your sanity, make the entire process easy and give you a way to efficiently record and retrieve what you need WHEN YOU NEED IT. This saves not only time and the sanity of your staff, but it saves money because all that time your staff has to work to figure out a spreadsheet or other complicated system and the frustration involved, takes time and energy away from your staff that they could be using to help customers.
