There are numerous possible health benefits to be gained by adding soy to one's diet; however, not everyone prefers to consume it in forms such as tofu or soy milk. By using the powder added to juices, shakes, or other beverages, people can still enjoy the benefits of soy without having to eat soy-based foods.
