You can put different things in your sign up box, depending on what your offer is. It is usually good to keep things short and to the point. Usually just a bullet or so and a spot to fill out your name and email address. It is not any harder than that. You need to list what is in it for them. List the benefits and what they will receive in your offer. If you are giving something away do not to forget to mention it is not going to cost them anything. You can do a lot of things with a website.
