A lot of mailing lists out there. You can buy these lists easily from places such as webmaster forums. However, you are not advised to buy this kind of lists. This is because you will not able to know their interests if you buy the list. And you will never know how the list is compiled. As a result, it will only be a waste of money and time if you try to buy such lists.
