A escort service are you doing it with independent contractors or hour wage employees. If you do a split chances are they are independent and you don't have to trust the escort. you get your contracted share. and whatever is left they get. If you do a 50/50 split it may be unfair for the escort unless you are providing something for them. clothing, transportation etc. Try 60/40. If you provide aides for them that is. if they do thier own transportation and supplies it should be 40/60 where they gain. and pay you for the advertisements and the appointments. Basically unless its hourly where you collect all give the escort the majority if they work good. as far as trust thats a learning experience. but if they do good.. 40% can be a lot of good repeat customers.
