The companies have various database systems to manage the records of the employees, clients and the customers . MS access is one of the most popular database systems used in small, medium and large companies. In order to manage the database, some kinds of programming skills are required. The developer is required to take a current system and make changes to it as required. In order to develop a new system, the planning stage involves a lot of documentation and the meetings with the relevant departments within the organization or the clients.
The developer should be able to decipher the planning document. The project manager would be able to assign the complete details of the MS access development to the developer. He has to keep a track on the progress of the project and verify if it meets the requirement elaborated in the planning and requirement documents. The developer would have to incorporate any changes in between if required. However, it must also be noted that the programmer would not be able to take any decision regarding developing the system. If he has any suggestions to put forward, he has to discuss with the team leader of the project manager. They will be able to make the final decision regarding the changes and any updates.
