The presence of a water cooler is a good reminder that you need to drink water. That's a great tip for making sure you're adequately hydrated. Drink water with each of your meals. Instead of soft drinks, consider having a glass of water instead. Don't go for the water flavourers if you can help it. A spritz of lemon is very refreshing and healthy and it doesn't contain artificial sweeteners or sugar. Water with each meal gets you 3 glasses per day for starters.
