The good thing is that you can get a good mortgage lead source only if you know how to handle the sources available. If you can take advantage of the sources available, you can find good leads that have the potential to get qualified. Anything without a plan does not work. Make sure that you do your home work before you jump into the market to find potential leads. Finding good leads might be hard, but it is not something impossible.
