This is extremely important for if a company just fills out data bases and than puts a list together and than sales them to you as leads you would be contacting people who are not interested in anything you would have to say. Quality leads comes from those who are looking for your particular product or service, not having someone tell you what you need but rather you having the product or service that can fill their need.
