All this is great, but some people are looking for an aesthetic solution that can store the water bottles and look good too. The good news is that there a plenty of modern water bottle racks that have a range of styles so you can keep the bottles stored right next to the water cooler and have it look like a nice piece of furniture instead of an ugly storage rack.

Owning a water cooler has many benefits on its own: you get fresh, great tasting, slightly chilled water on demand. However, unless you have a "Point of Use" water cooler that's plumbed in to the water line, you're have to use a water cooler with the five gallon bottles and they come with one problem: the bottles. It affects everyone, you never know what to do with the spare bottles when they're not in use. Then there's the issue of sorting the full from the empty bottles. And because they all take up so much space it can be quite a hassle.
