This ceremony typically takes place at the bride's home. Mehendi (henna) patterns are used to adorn the feet and hands of the bride. Day four is the actual Nikaah ceremony. Day five, the couple dines with the bride's parents and the groom's family hosts a feast (Valimah) for friends and family.
