The life of a make-up artist is no doubt exciting; however the job entails a lot of hard work. The irregular and long hours can be quite challenging at times and can interfere with your personal life. Often you lack a social life because the job is so demanding. You must love your job and must constantly innovative to work wonders with your make-up. You need to be very involved in your work.
