Doctors always stress the importance of drinking the right amounts of water daily. It is said that the average human body needs around eight glasses of water a day in order to function properly. Inability to be able to meet these water requirements leads to serious consequences that pose danger to one's health. Some of the health problems that are brought about by lack of water intake include dehydration, fatigue and for intense cases, organ failure.
